WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST DAY
Every second of our class is extremely important for you to found success in the workout of the day. We highly encourage members to arrive 10 minutes prior to their class time, so there are fully prepared to conquer the workout.
Our warm is created to make sure each member is 100% prepared for all movements that will take place for the workout. Each warm will include blood flow, dynamic and static stretches, and movements that will have your muscles pre pared to achieve the workout movements for the day.
Mean Green coaches will always explain in detail what each movement of the workout. We will not =just verbally explain, but our coaches will demo the movement and if any exercised need to be altered, this is where we will give you the options each member will need for the day. Then, we will always give you time to grab the equipment you will need for the day and achieve warm up reps prior to the workout.
3.2.1 and go! Now that our bodies warm up. We fully understand the workout and we have our equipment for the workout, it’s time to put in the work.
After the workout, our coaches will always lead you through stretches to bring your heart rate down. We also make sure at this time we sanitize all equipment after using.
