BREATHING

This is the main component to life. So learning and understanding how to breathe within your workout is a must. Muscles need oxygen and it’s our job to teach you to breathe properly in order to fuel yourself every moment within our workouts.



MOBILITY/
FLEXIBILITY

Our goal is for you to wake-up the next day without pain. Therefore, prepping you not only for workouts, but movements you make on a daily basis is vital to us. Remember, the more flexible you are, the less likely you are to be injured.

CONTROL

At Mean Green, we believe true strength is in control. When we pick our kids up over head, we don’t drop them on the ground. We control them all the way up and all the way down. Therefore, no matter the movement, we believe that time under tension will create true strength as well as definition.



MOVEMENT

Life would be boring if we stayed stationary. Within our programming, we don’t stick you on a treadmill every workout. We will always switch it up so your body won’t become resistant to our workouts. At Mean Green, we love to see you move during workouts, but also outside working out. That’s living!
