1How long are the MGT sessions?
All sessions are one hour long.
2How many times per week can I attend a bootcamp?
In our 6 week program, we offer you the opportunity to attend a MGT Bootcamp 1 to 6 times per week. All you have to do is pick your location, register, and meet us there. It’s your choice.
3What kind of exercises do we do?
Resistance training, cardio, and core is in every workout. Some days we focus on different parts of the body and we also do different routines.
4What level is the Boot Camp?
The boot camp is designed to challenge any level of fitness. The system is created to do max time intervals. Which means every exercise will be within a time duration, so no one will be left behind and you can go at your own pace.
5What do I need to bring?
A mat or towel to lay on, dumbbells (3 – 5 lbs for women and 5 – 10 lbs for men) and water.
6What does the 4 week program include?
The program includes circumference measurements, weekly weigh ins, hands-on meal plans, consultations, Self Improvement Seminars, T- Shirts, homework, and group encouragement.
7Are the group sessions only for those that want to lose weight?
MGT Boot Camps is for everyone. It’s not only for those that want to lose weight. Members join for all type of reasons. You will see several people there that want to gain muscle, live healthier, gain endurance, improve their mindset, maintain there physical apperance, and several other reasons.
8What do we do on bad weather days?
We workout all year. Only way we cancel a boot camp class is if there lightening. Of course if we have some type of tropicial storm, hail, tornado, or hurricane. The instructor of the group will contact each member a hour before the workout.
9Will I ever become sore?
Most people will receive soreness within the first 2-3 days after a workout. The more you condition yourself to workout and stretch, the more likely you will not become sore.
What kind of atmosphere is at boot camp?
We only accept positive words and empowering actions. We are built on energy that our instructor and teams build. Therefore you will only see people encouraging people with positive words and actions.
1How are the instructors?
All Mean Green Training instructors are built on motivating there team to get to their desires. Every instructor have their own style, but we are not built upon yelling in people faces. We encourage all members by a proven system to help motivate our members in all areas of their life.
2What is the best way to get ready if I don’t start until a couple of weeks?
You can build your cardiovascular system by walking or jogging. Try to get 30 minutes to 45 minutes in a day.
3Is there a refund policy?
Refunds can only be credited towards a future boot camp, due to circumstances that can’t be controlled. (family death, sickness, job relations) No refunds are allowed.
4What should I eat before working out?
You should eat at least two hours before working out. It should be a light meal. (6 inch sandwich) Try to stay away from spicy food or any type of energy drinks. If you do eat right before or not eat at all, you may feel dizzy or even throw up.
5What is the sign process?
Registration is done online. Once you purchase your package, email(s) will be sent to you for further steps to get you started on your RESULTS. If you want to pay with cash or check, please call and set appointment to get started.
6What RESULTS will I encounter?
You will lose body fat and gain muscle. Therefore you lose inches and gain confidence. Most importantly, you will become a healthier person.
7When can I join?
You can join at any time. (If the class is not full)
